Community Site Operations Manager
Position: Site Operations Manager Reports To: General Manager Position Overview: The Site Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the effective maintenance and management of the community's infrastructure and landscape. This position is responsible for overseeing the performance of third-party contractors, particularly in relation to a comprehensive landscape contract that covers both common areas and the individual homes, including snow removal services. The Site Operations Manager will also manage the upkeep of other community infrastructure, including masonry, hardscapes, swimming pool/clubhouse facilities, streetlights, electrical systems, asphalt paving, and gatehouses.
