Summary Critical position responsible for increasing the quality of development in the City of Garland by providing professional landscape architecture services. While the position will be responsible for important tasks throughout the development process, a significant amount of discretion will be provided to enable the position to meet the overall objective of promoting quality development. Responsible for providing plan review, inspections, expertise and guidance on landscaping, tree preservation, downtown urban design standards, and streetscapes, to create a better built environment.
