TSW is seeking a talented Urban Design Practice Leader with a passion for creating great communities at a variety of scales and for a range of project types. As the leader of our urban design team, the ideal candidate is someone with a record of building a successful business, understanding how to manage a studio of design professionals, writing winning proposals/contracts, building successful teams, and delivering amazing work across a wide range of project types, including public agency, institutional, and private clients.
