We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Landscape Maintenance Manager with a passion for Texas Native Plants to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscape maintenance operations with a primary focus on enhancing and preserving Texas native plant species. As the Landscape Maintenance Manager, you will collaborate with clients, landscape designers, and maintenance crews to ensure the effective care and maintenance of landscapes showcasing the beauty of Texas flora. You will develop and implement landscape maintenance plans, including irrigation systems management, pest control, pruning, and fertilization, all while promoting sustainable practices.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of Texas native plants, their habitats, and maintenance requirements. Strong leadership skills are essential for coordinating maintenance activities, managing a team of landscape technicians, and ensuring high-quality standards. Additionally, the Landscape Maintenance Manager will monitor budgetary constraints, procure necessary materials and equipment, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and plant inventory.

Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field
Proven experience in landscape maintenance management
In-depth knowledge of Texas native plants and their care
