As an Intermediate Planner, you will:
Manage and contribute to municipal and land development planning projects.
Prepare and review reports, proposals, and graphics.
Participate in client meetings, public engagement, and project coordination.
Conduct research and analysis to support planning recommendations.
Provide guidance to junior staff and contribute to team development.
Collaborate with team members to deliver innovative, practical solutions.
Provide expert witness testimony in support of client proposals before the Ontario Land Tribunal and other judicial bodies in support of client projects.
Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant planning experience.
Degree in Planning or related discipline.
Full or Provisional Membership in OPPI/CIP preferred.
Strong knowledge of Ontario’s land use planning system and municipal processes.
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; GIS and graphic production skills are assets.
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (travel may be required).
