This full-time role is ideal for a design professional with 8–10+ years of experience who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technical rigor, and project leadership. You’ll contribute to a wide range of residential and mixed-use projects—from single?family and townhome neighborhoods to innovative hybrid housing typologies—helping guide them from concept through implementation.

 What You Bring

• 8–10+ years of experience in an architecture firm
•  Active architectural license
• A professional degree in Architecture (5-year B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Proven management skills and experience delivering residential and mixed?use projects
• A genuine passion for design excellence and the built environment
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction best practices, and the ability to navigate code interpretation toward successful outcomes
• Robust design sensibilities and a solutions?oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

What You’ll Do

• Review project contracts to ensure clarity in scope, deliverables, compensation, and billing
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and financial tracking
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout all phases of the project
• Lead and coordinate project team meetings, fostering communication across all disciplines
• Conduct regular quality-control reviews and maintain thorough project documentation
